I believe that you have the power to create the life you want

Hi, I am Danielle

I believe that everyone has the ability to create change to live a more meaningful life because I have done it and I have helped others do it. Together we will take a deeper look to understand and overcome what is holding you back from living your best life— whatever that may look like.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in helping you understand both the patterns that have shaped you and the life you want to build moving forward.

I am EMDR trained and integrate EMDR therapy alongside other evidence-based and relational approaches to help clients process painful experiences, reduce distress, and shift patterns that feel stuck. This can be especially helpful for anxiety, trauma, grief, and life experiences that continue to feel present in the body and nervous system.

Together, we make space for what is hard, what is changing, and what is asking to be rebuilt. Therapy is not about becoming a different person. It is about loosening old patterns, tending to what hurts, and creating a steadier relationship with yourself.

Get to know me

I’m a lover of all things fantasy (Harry Potter is a lifestyle, not a phase). When I’m not seeing clients, you can usually find me roaming a museum, camping in the wilderness, paddleboarding on a lake, skipping around Disneyland, or curled up with a really good book. I also love to travel. If I’m not at home, there’s a good chance you’ll find me on an airplane headed somewhere new.

I value relationships, human connection, and alone time in equal measure. I spend a lot of time with family and friends, and just as much time intentionally unplugged, sitting in silence with a book or disappearing into nature for a reset. That balance between connection, adventure, and solitude is something I deeply believe in and try to live by.
